The Rotary Club of PH Phoenix flagged off her project under Peace and conflict prevention/Community development today the 29th of August, 2023.
The DG was ably represented by our DGN, Anthony Woghiren, while the Commissioner of Police was represented by ACP Joseph Mamman.
The scope of the project is removal and replacement of roof and ceiling, painting of the building in Amadi Ama PoliceStation.. Before now, members of the Nigerian Police Force at Amadi Ama dreaded the rainy season. Their offices are usually flooded when the rain comes.
Rotary club of Port Harcourt Phoenix, in partnership with Police Community Relations Committee, saw the need to create hope in this area.
